For studies requiring a defined extracellular-matrix environment, the ALIOS-PES Polysaccharide–Collagen I Reagent Kit adds a Collagen I component to supplement the validated polysaccharide bioscaffold. This enables systematic optimisation of matrix composition across 3D culture and co-culture conditions.
Each kit is supplied with fully labelled reagents and a validated implementation protocol, ready to use from the point of receipt.
